The first annual ALL POINTS WEST MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL will take place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City for three days this summer — August 8, 9 and 10, 2008. A three day, three stage music festival directly across from the city, offering beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline.
Mikey Callahan is flying in that weekend from Chicago, and so far we’ll be joining Soup for a BBQ in my yard… and since my place is so close, we’ll just walk over to the concert. There are more tickets available now, (the Saturday single day ticket was sold out for a little while there) so definitely get your ticket soon — it’s going to be a great day.
Of course everyone is looking forward to Radiohead, but there are a bunch of other awesome bands, and you have time to pick up a few albums and get familiar with more of the music before the show.
